The Magnolia District
The Magnolia District is a 7 acre, mixed use commercial development in the heart of historic downtown Madison that will feature luxury retail, Class-A professional office space, and fine dining. A total of 71,000 square feet of space will be offered in ten historically inspired buildings that will feature the finest materials and architectural designs.
Construction on the first building in The Magnolia District is scheduled to begin in September 2020 and space is now being offered for prelease.
